Withdrawal Cancellation Reasons

A withdrawal may be cancelled or suspended for any of the following reasons:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash out feature is available)

Cash Out Policy

Cash Out is available on selected events and allows you to lock in a partial or full return before a match ends. However, Cash Out availability is not guaranteed at all times.

Bet Cancellation Circumstances

• If an event is cancelled or postponed
• If an event remains incomplete due to insufficient competition
• If incorrect odds or data errors are detected
• In the event of force majeure

The following activities are strictly prohibited at bmwbet and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account

• Match fixing or betting using inside information
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to place bets
• Depositing or betting using third-party funds
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Harassing other members or staff

Bmwbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to submit KYC documents or submission of false documents
• Suspicious or unusual betting activity
• Risk of account security being compromised
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request

To close your account yourself

If you wish to close your account, email our support team. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed.

Bmwbet believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Do not chase your losses with bigger bets
